For additional technical support please consult the 技术教程页面 or contact the Help Desk by ChatNow (bottom right corner of this screen) usersupport@bjlingxun.com, or (413) 755-4016. To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone. On-campus meetings are by appointment only.
Excluding school vacations and holidays, the Help Desk is open on the following days and times.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
